No en la mayoría de servicios: bordamos desde 1 unidad. Las etiquetas tejidas parten de 100 unidades y las pulseras de 50, por cómo se fabrican.
¿Cuánto tardáis en dar un presupuesto?
Menos de 24 horas laborables desde que recibimos tu logo y la cantidad. Con precio cerrado, no una horquilla.
¿Cobráis por adaptar el logo a bordado?
No. El picaje va incluido siempre, y queda archivado para que tus repeticiones salgan idénticas.
¿Qué formato de logo necesitáis?
El que tengas: JPG, PNG, PDF o vectorial. Un vectorial acelera el trabajo, pero convertimos cualquier imagen razonable.
¿Cuál es el plazo de fabricación?
Entre 7 y 10 días laborables desde que apruebas la muestra digital. Si tienes una fecha límite, dínoslo al pedir presupuesto.
¿A qué países enviáis?
España, Francia y Portugal de forma habitual, cada semana. Para otros destinos de la UE, consúltanos.
¿Puedo enviaros mis propias prendas?
Sí. Las recibimos en el taller, las bordamos y te las devolvemos. También podemos suministrarlas nosotros.
¿Cómo se lava una prenda bordada?
Del revés, a 30–40 ºC. El bordado aguanta lavados industriales, que es justo su ventaja frente al vinilo.
Embroidered patches
Is there a minimum order for patches?
No. We make from a single unit, although the price per patch improves noticeably from 25–50 units upwards.
Do iron-on patches survive the washing machine?
Yes, they withstand domestic washing at 40°C when applied correctly. For industrial laundry we recommend sew-on patches.
Can you reproduce any logo?
Practically speaking, yes. We adapt the design to embroidery (digitizing) free of charge; if a detail is too fine, we propose the woven + embroidered combination that respects it best.
What is the production lead time?
7 to 10 working days from the moment you approve the digital proof, shipping included. Working to a deadline? Tell us and we adjust.
Direct garment embroidery
Can I send you my own clothing?
Yes. We receive your garments at the workshop, embroider them and send them back. We can also supply the garment ourselves.
Which areas of a garment can be embroidered?
Chest, back, sleeves, collars, cuffs, trouser legs… Each area has its recommended maximum size; we indicate it on the digital proof.
Does embroidery survive industrial laundry?
Yes. That is precisely its advantage over printing: high-tenacity polyester thread made for workwear.
Do you embroider delicate garments?
We assess each fabric: on very fine garments we use backing and adapted densities, and we warn you if a material is not suitable.
Embroidered caps
Can I send my own caps?
Yes, we embroider caps you send us as long as their structure allows it; we confirm once we see the model.
What is the maximum logo size on the front?
Around 12 cm wide by 6 cm high on standard-profile caps. We propose the optimal size on the digital proof.
Do you make caps for events with a fixed date?
Yes, every season. Give us the date in your first message and we plan production to arrive safely.
Does 3D embroidery add much to the price?
There is a small supplement for the foam and the extra digitizing work, but at medium run sizes the per-unit difference is cents.
3D puff embroidery
Does the relief flatten with use or washing?
No: the foam is sealed by the stitching and recovers its shape. We recommend washing inside out at 30–40°C, as with any embroidery.
Can any logo be done in 3D?
Almost. If it has very fine detail we propose a mixed 3D + flat version that respects the original design.
Is there a minimum order for 3D embroidery?
No, we make from a single unit, the same as every other service.
Can I see it before the whole run is made?
Yes: besides the digital proof, on large runs we can produce a physical sample first.
Graduation stoles
What is the minimum order for stoles?
There is no minimum, although the price per stole improves from 20–25 units, the usual size of a class.
Can you embroider each student’s name?
Yes, it is our most requested option: institution crest + individual name + class year.
How much notice do you need in graduation season?
Ideally 3–4 weeks before the ceremony. With less notice, ask us about availability: we usually find a slot.
Do you also make matching gowns and caps?
Yes, the complete set: stole, gown and cap coordinated in colour and finish.
Gowns and caps
Do you have children’s sizes?
Yes, full sizing from nursery to adult, with a size guide so you get it right without in-person fittings.
Can you embroider the school crest on the gown?
Yes, on the chest or on the matching stole. Digitizing the crest is included.
How much does a graduation set cost?
It depends on volume and finishes: request a quote with the number of students and within 24 working hours you have a firm price per set.
How far in advance should we order?
In season (April–July), 3–4 weeks before the ceremony to be comfortable.
Woven labels
What is the minimum quantity for labels?
Woven labels start at runs of 100 units; label-style direct embroidery has no minimum.
Do you relabel commercial garments?
Yes, we remove the original and sew in yours. Ask us if the garment carries technical labelling that must be kept (composition, sizing).
Do the labels scratch or irritate?
We use soft-touch damask with heat-sealed corners; we also make external labels for garments with no skin contact.
Can you match a label I already have?
Yes, we reproduce design, dimensions and colours from a physical sample or a photo.
Embroidered keyrings
What is the minimum for keyrings?
We recommend from 25–50 units for the unit price to make sense, but we can make smaller quantities.
Can each side carry different text?
Yes, it is the most requested format: logo on one side and strapline, web or phone on the other.
What size are they?
The standard is 10–13 cm long; we also make special shapes and dimensions.
Do you serve events with a fixed date?
Yes. Tell us the event date and we plan production and shipping to arrive with room to spare.
Custom wristbands
How many colours can a woven wristband carry?
Up to 3 crisp colours in the weave. For more colours or gradients, the sublimated version is the right one.
What closure do they have?
An adjustable sliding knot as standard; there are also metal and security closure options for events.
What is the minimum order?
From 50 units. Below that, ask us and we will find the best option.
Can you reproduce my association’s crest?
Yes, it is one of our most common commissions: faithful crest + motto + corporate colours.
Embroidered banners and flags
Can you reproduce an old banner?
Yes. From photos and measurements we adapt the design to embroidery, keeping the crest, colours and ornamentation.
Do you embroider with gold thread?
Yes, we work with gold and silver metallic thread, combined with rayon for the coloured areas of the crest.
How long does it take?
Brotherhood crests and patches take 7 to 10 working days. For full banners we give you the lead time with the quote. If there is a procession or event date, tell us from the start.
Do you make individual crests for robes?
Yes: brotherhood crests, scapulars and medallions, from a few units to the whole brotherhood.
Packaging and bagging
Can I order only the bagging, without embroidery?
Our packaging accompanies workshop jobs; as a standalone service, tell us the volume and we will assess it.
Can the bags carry my logo?
Yes, either printed bags or a custom sticker, depending on quantities.
Do you prepare orders split by point of sale?
Yes, we deliver organised by box, size or destination according to your order sheet.
Do you work with online shops?
Yes, every week: brands receiving finished product, bagged and ready to ship to the end customer.
