Types of embroidered patch we make

Every application calls for a different backing. These are the ones leaving our workshop every week:

  • Iron-on: fixed with a heat press in seconds. The favourite for uniforms and clothing brands.
  • Sew-on: the classic and most durable fixing, ideal for workwear facing industrial washing.
  • Hook-and-loop: swappable between garments. Essential in security, airsoft and team kit.
  • Magnetic: no holes in the garment; also works as fridge merchandise.
  • Pin or safety-pin backed: for backpacks, jackets and events.
  • Chenille: the soft raised pile of American varsity lettering.
  • Silicone and reflective: technical finishes for sport and high-visibility workwear.

Borders and finishes: merrow, laser cut and special shapes

The border defines the patch. A merrow edge (embroidered overlock around the perimeter) is the classic crest finish; laser cutting allows complex silhouettes with a sealed outline. We also combine a woven or DTF base with an embroidered edge for logos carrying a lot of detail.

We work from 4 cm up to full back pieces, in round, crest, rectangular or fully die-cut shapes.

How much do embroidered patches cost?

Price depends on size, quantity and backing type. As a rough guide: a 7–8 cm iron-on patch starts under €2 per unit in runs of 100, and we make from a single unit with no minimum order.

Frequently asked questions

¿Hay pedido mínimo de parches?
No. Fabricamos desde 1 unidad, aunque el precio por parche mejora sensiblemente a partir de 25–50 unidades.
¿Los parches termoadhesivos aguantan la lavadora?
Sí, soportan lavados domésticos a 40º si se aplican correctamente. Para lavado industrial recomendamos parches cosidos.
¿Podéis reproducir cualquier logo?
Prácticamente sí. Adaptamos el diseño a bordado (picaje) gratis; si algún detalle es demasiado fino, te proponemos la combinación tejido + bordado que mejor lo respete.
¿Cuál es el plazo de fabricación?
Entre 7 y 10 días laborables desde que apruebas la muestra digital, envío incluido. Con fecha límite, consúltanos: nos ajustamos.
