What data we process and why
We process the data you provide in the quote form or through our contact channels (name, company, email or phone, and any files you attach) for the sole purpose of preparing and sending the requested quote and managing any subsequent commercial relationship.
We do not build profiles or make automated decisions.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request.
Retention
We keep the data for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods. Design files (digitized embroidery files) are kept so your orders can be repeated identically, unless you request their deletion.
Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers (hosting, email and form handling) acting as processors within the European Economic Area or under adequate safeguards.
