We embroider on caps from our catalogue (baseball, trucker, flat peak, winter beanies) or on the ones you send us.

Embroidery positions on a cap

Each position communicates differently and takes a maximum size:

  • Front: the classic, up to roughly 12 × 6 cm. Maximum visibility.
  • Side: for secondary logos, straplines or flags.
  • Back: above the closure, ideal for names or web addresses.
  • Peak: embroidered or with an applied patch, the most street-ready finish.
  • Inside: embroidered or woven label for a premium brand finish.

Cap models we work with

Five and six-panel baseball caps, mesh-back truckers, snapback flat peaks, knitted winter beanies and sports visors. Every model in wide colour ranges to match your corporate identity.

3D embroidery on caps: the premium finish

3D (puff) embroidery lifts the logo off the cap with relief you can see and feel. It works especially well with bold lettering and solid shapes on the front. If your logo carries a lot of fine detail, we combine flat and raised areas for the best of both.

Quantities, lead times and pricing

No minimum order: we embroider from a single cap (some clients started with five and now order hundreds). At 50–100 units the price per embroidered cap drops noticeably. Firm quote within 24 working hours and delivery in 7–10 days.

¿Puedo enviar mis propias gorras?
Sí, bordamos gorras que nos envíes siempre que su estructura lo permita; lo confirmamos al ver el modelo.
¿Qué tamaño máximo puede tener el logo en el frontal?
Unos 12 cm de ancho por 6 de alto en gorras de perfil estándar. En la muestra digital te proponemos el tamaño óptimo.
¿Hacéis gorras para eventos con fecha cerrada?
Sí, cada temporada. Dinos la fecha desde el primer mensaje y organizamos la producción para llegar seguro.
¿El bordado 3D encarece mucho?
Tiene un pequeño suplemento por el material de relleno y el trabajo extra de picaje, pero en tirada media la diferencia por unidad es de céntimos.
